The associations and organisations that were present wereAECC Estepona,Cruz Roja,Entre Gatos,ASDIES,Manos Unidas,Pax Cultural,Asociación Canina de Estepona,ADFIA Respira,Niños Grandes con AutismoorLuisana, among others, and whose stalls offered a variety of products and handicrafts.
This solidarity initiative had a double objective: to collaborate economically with the associations present there, through the purchase of articles; and, on the other hand, to publicise the work that each group carries out for the benefit of both society and their own associates.
Manuel Raigón, managing director of Estepona Marina, stressed that Marinas del Mediterráneo D-Marin is always willing to collaborate with activities that favour the social fabric of our environment.
The Platform for the Promotion of Volunteering in Estepona is a non-profit organisation created in 2007. The Platform is made up of a wide range of associations and groups that work in the field of volunteering and that join their efforts to contribute to a better functioning and training of voluntary action.
