Following the United Kingdoms’ exit from the European Union and new Local Authorities guidelines, D-Marin Group informs that from the 1st of January 2021, all boats under the UK flag are considered third-country registered in Greece.

Their owners are obliged by law to issue a Transit Log, which the port authorities shall stamp on every departure and arrival in Greek ports. The relevant document has a duration of 18 months, with the possibility of extension for 24 months, in order to be able to sail in the Greek territorial waters.
