Guests were welcomed with personalized assistance from dedicated ambassadors, who provided local insights, tailored recommendations, and on-the-spot support to make every stay effortless and enjoyable. From in-boat refreshments and app assistance to spontaneous “wow” moments, each interaction reflected D-Marin’s commitment to anticipating guest needs and creating lasting memories.
At destinations such as Punta Faro, Gouvia and Dalmacija, these gestures were complemented by newly introduced facilities, from leisure spaces and family areas to upgraded mobility and food experiences, ensuring comfort, convenience, and a sense of belonging for every visitor.
