As a Customer Experience Supervisor at D Marin Premium Marina, my role is to ensure smooth front office operations and deliver exceptional guest satisfaction. I oversee reservations, berthing, contract renewals, and financial transactions, while ensuring compliance with marina policies. Leading a dedicated team, I address guest concerns, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records through our CRM system. I also work closely with other departments to maximize occupancy and upsell services, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. My focus is on continuous improvement to enhance both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
