Camille Rayon, an exceptional setting for running

On May 31, the D Marin Camille Rayon port will be crossed by participants in the running race La Valgorienne, organized by the VIVALGO association and supported by the port.

For the first time in ten years, the 2026 edition will symbolically connect Vallauris and Golfe-Juan through two races, over 17 km and 9 km, open to all. Three hundred runners from the Alpes-Maritimes department, as well as from the Var and Bouches-du-Rhône, are expected on a looped course starting from the Théâtre de la Mer, located at the eastern end of the port. Alongside the sporting event, a social challenge will allow participants to support the blood donors’ association.

The running race is part of D Marin Camille Rayon’s commitment to promoting the local area and boosting the town’s tourist appeal.
