Designed to enhance convenience and promote sustainability, Smart Pedestals allow customers to connect, monitor, and pay for utilities anytime, from anywhere. This saves resources and time, which can be better spent relaxing with friends and family.

With more than 2,500 units installed across the D-Marin group, Smart Pedestals are now a cornerstone of the company’s intelligent marina ecosystem.

The pedestals are activated using a QR code or directly through the D-Marin App. This enables customers to monitor usage in real time and settle bills instantly without needing to visit the marina office. More than 90% of Smart Pedestal users report significant time savings thanks to the faster, self-managed process.

The captain of ‘Azure’, an annual customer of D-Marin Zea Marina (Greece) said: “In the past, connecting to utilities meant standing in long lines at the office, especially during the busy season. Before leaving, we’d have to queue again to settle bills. Now, with D-Marin’s Smart Pedestals, we do everything from the app in seconds. We can connect, monitor usage, and pay with ease. Over 85% of electricity invoices are now settled digitally, and customers across the D-Marin selection toggle their power and water connections more than 2,000 times each day through the D-Marin App.

Designed specifically for marine environments, D-Marin’s Smart Pedestals are built using UV-resistant, corrosion-proof HDPE casings, which are also fully recyclable at end-of-life, reinforcing D-Marin’s long-term commitment to environmental responsibility.
