Philippe Lecouve, founder of the Nithi Thai Street Food restaurant in Golfe Juan, inaugurated his second address - La Suite by Nithi - on Port Camille Rayon on Friday April 18. The event was attended by Kevin Luciano, mayor of Vallauris-Golfe Juan, and the D-Marin team.
This restaurant completes the refined Thai culinary offer proposed by its first address Nithi Thai Street Food, opening in December 2023. The founder of this Thai street food concept has won over the taste buds of Vallauris residents and visiting tourists with an authentic, tasty culinary experience.
“We're delighted to welcome this new quality address in Port Camille Rayon, which will take D-Marin customers on a unique culinary journey to discover the emblematic dishes of Thai cuisine. Their sense of service and elegance, reflected in their dishes, are values that D-Marin holds dear. It's an honor to be part of a growing local entrepreneurial adventure.” Said Corinne Reynaud, President of D-Marin France.
The new restaurant, which will seat 60 diners in an air-conditioned dining room, will offer customers a wide range of traditional and modern Thai specialties, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The restaurant will also feature a beautiful teak terrace with seating for forty.
The official opening of La Suite By Nithi is Wednesday April 23rd (33 Quai Napoléon, Port Camille Rayon).
Philippe Lecouve will also be inaugurating a takeaway sushi kiosk next to his new restaurant in May.
This inauguration perfectly illustrates D-Marin's vision for Camille Rayon: to integrate the port into the local life of Vallauris-Golfe Juan and create value for the whole community. D-Marin's vision for Camille Rayon is for the port to become a real place of life, a place where people pass through, and a part of everyday life for Vallauris residents. In the coming months, D-Marin will be organizing a series of events including regattas, concerts, and open air cinema nights.
